Nair Shower Power Hair Remover

So with a trip to the beach a few weekends back, I decided that in able to be seen on the beach I needed to do something about my legs...Nair it is.  Now, I'm used to the drill, slather on, wait 5-7 minutes, then rinse off, viola.  But this bottle promised something different.  Slather on, turn on shower and get in!  It claims to have a special formula for staying on in the shower.  I'm here to claim to the world - - - B S.  Believe me, I was skeptical, but I did as instructed.  I put it on my legs with the special applicator that was attached, started my shower and went straight to washing my hair (the bottle says no direct water on applied area).  When I looked down it was all gone, I actually had to go back with my razor and do a touch up!  This product was just under $10 and I will not be falling for this gimmick again.

Pure Ice - Outrageous

Picked up this polish because I was sporting naked nails, and this one was cheap and available at the local Wal-mart.  This formula has super coverage and I only applied one coat, no top or bottom bases.  Just a quick, want my nails to not look strange painting.  Came out in a metallic pink that was almost a mirror finish.  Very cool.  However, did not stay on more than two days.  Had to change it out ASAP.

My hand looks super fat in this picture!

Sally Hansen - Gunmetal

When I picked this up I had high hopes, I really liked the Sally Hansen - Twisted Pink that I had applied, but this  polish went on messy and gooey.  It came out so thick that I didn't even have to do a second coat, and that was not a good thing, it was streaky and you could see every brush stroke.  It is a semi-metallic that shines in the light, maybe a heavy dose of polish thinner would make this a better product.

Sally Hansen - Twisted Pink

Going to catch up on another polish I wore recently, Twisted Pink by Sally Hansen.  Hot pink creme polish with silver flecks of shimmer.  A great summer color.

China Glaze Refresh-mint

Love Love Loved this color!  Put this on before the memorial weekend and just took it  off yesterday, it lasted and stayed put, even after two days at the beach.  These are pics I took after returning home from the beach, so you can see some wear, but the color was great!  It comes out as a light green creme and goes on wonderfully.  This is two coats and I will be returning to this bottle.
